Today, Barbara took a day off from school; still, I didn\u2019t see her all day.\u00a0 She used her \u201cfree day\u201d to record six hours of recorded material that she can use in her classroom.\u00a0 She also graded several papers.\u00a0 I meanwhile looked over SAT test day requirements for Jeffrey\u2019s test tomorrow and completed all the hoops to become a substitute teacher.\u00a0 Yeah, now I can sub starting Monday!\u00a0 After lunch, I played Minecraft until it was time to go set up all the band equipment at church.\u00a0 Bery and I met at 3PM and meticulously set up everything from sound to drums to amps, with special attention to making sure wires were laid-out nice and flat and parallel (to avoid being kinked by people walking on them!).\u00a0 By 6PM, we had everything done except for the wiring of my three amps (bass, electric and acoustic).\u00a0 I went home, ate dinner, picked up Jeffrey, then back we went.\u00a0 I got the three amps wired-up in half an hour\u2026 and then we had rehearsal.\u00a0 I was so tired by the end of the evening!\u00a0 My knees hurt from crawling around on the new carpet for three hours.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
