Today, since I had finished all my other homework over the weekend and on Monday, I decided to write-out my take-home final in my Inclusion class.\u00a0 It took three hours, and when I was done, I couldn\u2019t move my left arm at all!\u00a0 My hand was cramping so much from three hours of writing, and my elbow was inflamed from tennis.\u00a0 I took some Motrin to try to calm the swelling down.<\/p>\n
In class this evening, the teacher noted that \u201csomeone\u201d had already turned in their final and had set the bar very high \u2013 I got a perfect score, yeah, and some very kind comments like: \u201cexceptional,\u201d \u201cprofound,\u201d and \u201cinspirational.\u201d\u00a0 It\u2019s hard to do much better than that!\u00a0 When I get my take home final for Health on Thursday, I\u2019ll finish it up quickly as well.\u00a0 After that, it\u2019s one group presentation on Tuesday and then I\u2019m done!\u00a0 I\u2019ve turned in everything else already.<\/p>\n
Yeah, I got a call from the district today.\u00a0 I have an interview on Friday for substitute teaching.\u00a0 I consider this a very good thing, since this district is supposedly not hiring.\u00a0 If I can get in, then I can gain some valuable teaching experience, and meet many of the teachers who I hope will become my peers.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
